Based on research and engagement findings and guidance from the TRB research panel, develop draft resources and tools to help build the capacity of state DOTs and transportation providers to transition to the digital world.
Gather feedback and pilot these drafts to assess their effectiveness and value. For example:
- Do the resources meet the organization’s needs and priorities?
- Is the language understandable and does it communicate as intended?
- Are the formats easy to use?
- How can they be improved to be most helpful now and over time?
- What distribution methods would be most effective?
This feedback will shape the final resources, which will be provided electronically or online and are expected to be available at no cost.
